Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time Frames

Products are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon receipt of the order. Orders made after 2:00PM(EST) will be scheduled for processing on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once processed orders are expected to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. This delivery time should however be understood in relation to the delivery within the contiguous United States via standard shipping means.

This means that once you placed an order, it would be delivered in less than 1 weeks.

*Extended Delivery Times

For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, delivery may take longer—up to 21 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience for these locations.

2. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout to avoid delays in processing and shipping your order.

3. Return and Refund Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged Pickleball set, you have the right to return the product within 30 days and get your money back.

It is also important to mention that only damages or wrong items will be accepted for a refund. The product should also be returned in its original packaging. Shipping for the return is done at our expense, in cases where it was our mistake to make.

4. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $5.95 applies to all orders within the US, regardless of the size or weight of the package. This fee will be automatically added to your total during checkout. In terms of international shipping, we charge a flat rate of $12.98.

Delivery time:

• Standard Shipping:  Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery times range from 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.

5. Taxes

Please note that we do not collect sales tax for orders placed through our website.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your local jurisdiction are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

6. Shipping Delays

In the rarest of the rare scenario that your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame please get in touch with us.

In cases where your package cannot be found, then we will liaise with you and the shipping company to find where your package is and to have it delivered in the shortest time possible.

Kindly note that this may cause a shift in the delivery time which is outside our control like in this case we can be affected by harsh weather or a carrier delay.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please reach out to us right away.

We will assist you in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier and will work to resolve the situation promptly. We may also require additional information from you to verify the non-receipt of the package.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is crucial that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before your order is shipped.

9. Important Notes

Delivery times may be extended during busy festive periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or major shipping disruptions. We strive to fulfill all orders within the stated timeframes, but we appreciate your understanding and patience if any delays occur.
